UPGC has a variety of programs for toddlers through high-schoolers that will engage and motivate your child to stay physically active, improve coordination, build relationships with others and focus on accomplishing goals in a positive environment. We have a custom-built facility in Lake Hallie with separate learning areas and specialized equipment for all ages and ability levels. We are a parent-friendly business. Watch and enjoy!

Preschool & Toddlers

• You & Me Kid - Gymnastics for 20 months to age 3 (with adult)

• 3 year-old KinderGym - Gymnastics for age 3 (with adult)

• KinderGym - Gymnastics for ages 4-6

• Super K's - Gymnastics for children enrolled in Kindergarten

School-age Children

• Progressive Classes - Advance through 5 Gym Gem levels

• All-Star Cheer - Five age levels for competition teams
